Hi, I’m Emma — the founder and maker behind Alchimilla.

For over two decades, I’ve worked with botanicals, studying the ancient relationship between plants and people — how they soothe, restore, and reconnect us to ourselves.

 What began with holistic care for my children sparked a deep interest in plant medicine which led to certifications as a Holistic Practitioner & Holistic Science Educator.  

My passion for botanical brews grew into ritual beverages and gatherings and then evolved  into a dedication to intentional, handcrafted botanical beauty designed to support grounding, radiance, and presence.

Alchimilla is rooted in the belief that rituals don’t have to be grand to be transformative. They can be small. Intentional. Woven into everyday life.

From glow balms to seasonal gatherings, everything I create is crafted to nourish rather than extract — to feel supportive rather than overstimulating.

This isn’t just skincare.

It’s a return to ritual.

The Ritual was created as an invitation to slow down.

In a world that moves quickly and asks a lot of our nervous systems, The Ritual exists to offer something gentler — a pause, a moment of warmth, a drink made with care rather than urgency.

Every offering is rooted in Slow Craft — made with care and presence. That means small batches, thoughtful ingredients, and an intentional pace that prioritizes how something feels, not just how fast it’s made.

Drinks are prepared fresh, using gentle, low-impact methods — especially in outdoor and community spaces — so the process itself remains calm and considered.
