Id like to introduce myself, and tell you a little bit about my "Why" and the reasoning behind my cultivating this community and doing all that I do!
My journey in the wellness industry began in 2007, and for years, I believed that success was measured by how hard I hustled. I poured everything I had into my work, burning the candle at both ends, until my body and mind simply couldn't keep up. The result was a wake-up call I couldn't ignore: a diagnosis of fibromyalgia, endometriosis, chronic food allergies, and a completely burnt-out nervous system.
It was in that struggle that I had a profound realization: I couldn’t pour from an empty cup anymore. I had to start caring for myself with the same passion and intention I gave to my clients. I had to rewrite my own rules of success.
That's why I created Glow-Up Social & Elevated Rituals mentorship.
This is more than just a coaching a self-care peoducts—it's my mission to help other women in wellness and business avoid the same path I took.
